Weirdo manic day

An alternately hyperactive (see band and 2nd half of Astro - now) and bitchy (see dinner) day.

Yay prayer walk. I was not meaning to go, but when I tried to go to the Con I ran away screaming. So I went back to the parish house steps... ended up joining the people laying around to play the Ha game but not actually doing it... and then ended up going on prayer walk, which was jolly and nice. ::happy:: I felt insightful and uplifted and it was just a good thing.
Tangent: Dennis, the new campus minister, is way cool. Yea Dennis. ::hops::

I saw the Moon for the first time through a telescope tonight. It was so cool I just about wet myself. Silly Kellin (I think that's his name) who is my Astro class competition kept shining the stoopid flashlight in my eyes. I had to go take him out. Whack.
Have weird feeling that if am not opera fellow anymore, will end up being astro fellow (unless you can have two fellowships?...) as I seem to be one of the few people who really like the class.

So it was 9/11. Cute wee flags stuck all over campus. One very weird moment of 'WHA?!' when I woke up this morning, and the rest of the day's just been a day. It made me think of an example of made in Astro some days hence, of the Greeks and metaphysics: 'The universe started at 6:30 this morning.' All the memories you have were given to you. Everything you think you've done or seen done has been done in preparation for the Grand Opening, hardly 12 hours ago. It's an irrefutable argument that is only unbelievable at the point where your thinking ceases to stretch.
Um, the point here was that in my memory, it's like there was nothing before 9/11. Sort of like in Astro, the universe began at 6:30.
